Great quote, thanks for sharing! One of my favourites, although not Nietzsche, is:

preppers be ware. David Sarti on Doomsday Preppers was raided 3 days after the show aired and all of his guns were confiscated. He was declared mentally unstable. If you are prepping and choose to stockpile guns, keep a few of them in your possession and be willing to give them up. be smart and cache the good stuff not on your property and tell no one. another bit of advice is buy your guns from individuals not dealers. another bit of advice, devleop a cadre of like minded individuals, but don’t tell the world.
