Quote of the Week
Never mistake activity for achievement. ~ John Wooden
I have that problem sometimes. The old “When in Danger, when in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout” thing. Then I just have to sit down, catch my breath, and think about what I’m doing.
I think this is a natural part of the fight or flight response. Our adrenaline kicks in and we feel the need to do something. Best option tho, as you pointed out, is to calm down and think through your options. Unless of course you really do need to fight or flee immediately.
I’m pretty pleased to find this page. I need to to thank you for your time for this particularly wonderful read!! I definitely appreciated every bit of it and I have you book marked to check out new information on your web site.
Thanks, Fight or Flight.
